As President Trump escalates his attacks and threats against the Central American migrant caravans making their way to the U.S.-Mexico border, the Trump administration has unveiled new sanctions against Venezuela and Cuba. National security adviser John Bolton declared Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua to be part of a “troika of tyranny” and a “triangle of terror.” In the following clip Democracy Now speaks with world-renowned professor, linguist and dissident Noam Chomsky about the brutal decades-long hangover of U.S. foreign policy in Central America.

  1. You can learn a lot from your enemy. Some of it less than flattering.
    ISIS or what ever, has for years described America as the Great Satan. As the world turns the MAGA and relentless sanctions reveal a truly evil intent. The servitude of planet earth for the personnel enrichment of the American Aristocracy. 1913 saw the abducation of the king.
    The obsene greed and disregard of humanity will result in the implosion of the USA. First the chaos then the anarchy followed by mass murder and starvation. It will happen in silence and darkness because planet earth will turn it’s back. Humanity will be busy looking out for themselves and adjusting to world without perpetual war.
